THE AUTHOR AND VIDEO INSTRUCTOR
Noah
Reifman, R.Ph., M.S., a consulting pharmacist since 1989, graduated
from the Schwartz College of Pharmacy in 1980. He received his Masters
from Temple University in Pharmacology and Toxicology. Noah has
been involved in the education of pharmacy technicians for the past
fifteen years in all areas of the ASHP Model Curriculum Competencies.
He was the Director of the ASHP - Accredited Pharmacy Technician
Program at Arapahoe Community in Littleton, Colorado, and in 2001,
was elected president of the Pharmacy Technician Educators Council
(PTEC). Noah authored "CERTIFICATION REVIEW FOR PHARMACY TECHNICIANS,"
now in its 8th edition, and a competency-based pharmaceutical mathematics
text/workbook "MATH MASTER PHARMACEUTICAL CALCULATIONS
FOR THE ALLIED-HEALTH PROFESSIONAL (2nd edition)." He also produced
two pharmacy educational videos "Reducing Medication Errors"
and "Medication Administration."
